OPTIONAL UPGRADES

Optional improvements can be made while new home ordering: f.e. building a garage for 1-3 cars, improving or changing internal finishing elements and devices, tiling а bathroom, flooring (engineering hardwood flooring, laminate or solid hardwood flooring), additional soundproof ceilings, kitchen equipment and elements such as: countertop, sink, etc.

The SMART HOUSE system is also optional, allowing to control most processes in your home, such as: a smart light system, a temperature monitoring system in each room, a water leakage monitoring system, a video surveillance system, and a control system for other equipment and devices in the home.

COMPLETE COST

FINAL COST OF HOME depends on a number of factors, such as the cost of building department approval, infrastructure charges and local construction fees for utility connections. These fees vary mainly depending on the area of the house, the type and location of these connections. In addition to that, it will be necessary to take into account the topography of the area or place, where construction and installation is planned, and the complexity of home delivery to the installation site accordingly. It is necessary to take into account also the type of soil and the kind of foundation that will be used while home construction.

STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION

4-8 weeks. Documents for construction are in the construction department for approval. The factory starts the production of the main elements of the house.

6-8 weeks. After getting a construction approval, the rest parts of the house are manufactured and delivered to the nearest port in the US, and then to the building site. At the same time, the foundation of the house and the connection of utilities and electricity are being made.

0,5-1 week. Home installation takes literally two days on ready foundation. Then you need a few days to install a bath, a kitchen and other appliances and the home is ready to move in.

The entire construction period is about 11-17 weeks. For comparison, the construction of a standard frame house lasts more for 20-30 weeks.
